With development and manufacturing capacities including high potent active pharmaceutical drugs at our Center of Excellence in Kirchberg/Switzerland and OTC and consumer healthcare products at our cost competitive manufacturing site in Cornu/Romania, we offer a complete service for softgel capsules, also in vegan form, from formulation to marketing with specific brands available for our customers.
Aenova is constantly increasing its production capacity in order to adapt to the customer needs and to expand its strategic and leading market position and has thus become a leading CDMO for soft capsules worldwide.
We service our customers with the „One stop shop“ strategy as full service finished packed product supplier. This includes special processes like film coating of capsules, laser and ink printing of the capsules and primary and secondary packaging in blisters and bottles.
We are doing product line extension from e.g. tablets with soft gel capsules and changes of traditional soft gelatin capsules into VegaGels®.
The high potent active pharmaceutical ingredients can be handled within adequate equipment like gloveboxes for OEB 5 level and closed process tank systems.
A lot of know how has been developed over the years by manufacturing the specific tools for the encapsulation by ourselves. The new high tech computer controlled cutting machine at our site in Kirchberg is producing precise tools for our encapsulation machines.
A part of our business unit softgel capsules is our location at Greensboro/USA. We are serving the US and Canadian customers out of this site with bulk products. The bulk from Kirchberg or Cornu is custom cleared and imported to the USA and stored at Greensboro for the delivery to our customers. Aenova can pack all solid dosage forms in blister and bottles at the site Greensboro. There we have over 15 years of expertise in doing this packaging incl. fulfilling the required US-FDA regulations.
