In March 2023, Aenova's Sisseln site again successfully passed certification in ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environment, ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety, and FSSC 22000 Food Safety. The certifications must be repeated every three years.

The Aenova Group's production site for complex conventional solids in Sisseln, Switzerland, has been certified in various ISO areas for more than ten years and relies on an effective management system for quality, environment, occupational health and safety, and food safety.

Particularly because of its activities in the area of pharmaceutical products, effective management in these areas is important in order to demonstrate performance to employees and customers as well as to the community and the authorities.

In terms of environmental performance, the Sisseln site has long demonstrated its responsibility: it operates free of fossil energy with 6 GwH of electricity from hydropower, uses also its own photovoltaic systems and is climate-neutral.
