Welcome to Aenova: We would like to introduce our Senior Vice President Human Resources Tim Bauer.

Mr. Bauer previously worked for many years in HR for manufacturing companies, where he held various regional and international management and leadership positions in HR.

After studying industrial and organizational psychology, he initially worked for various consulting companies and as a director at Sky Deutschland. He was then Vice President Human Resources at Vetter.

Most recently, he was responsible for HR as Managing Director at Schwarz Produktion. Since September 2021, Tim Bauer has been Senior Vice President Human Resources at the Aenova Group. He is member of the Executive Leadership Team at Aenova.
